Can we set up a corporate account ? Yes, please call for details. Generally, we require a credit card for your first order or to act as a deposit.

Can you handle multiple & bulk orders? We specialize in serving clients with multiple needs. Depending on the size of the order, we may need additional time & a 50% deposit.

Can you incorporate our promotional products in your baskets? Absolutely, we can include your products, business cards, promotional items, etc. We can keep your items on hand at our location, so they are always available. Please call to work out arrangements, etc.

How long have you been in business? Since 1993.

Do you offer corporate discounts?
Generally, we provide outstanding value & service with complimentary upgrades. Can I substitute items?
Yes! We want you to be happy with your basket order. You can call us & let us know what you would like to change. Or you can specify the changes on the order form under "Comments". top of page

Can I personalize a gift message?
Yes ! During checkout write your message in a section called "Gift Message".

How long do your gourmet products stay fresh?
Most of our gourmet products will stay fresh for 6-9 months top of page

Do you offer a wide variety of baskets to choose from?
Company after company & the same limited selection. At Designer Baskets we have a wide variety of baskets to choose from. Our baskets are all unique. You won't find them anywhere else. In addition, we can customize a basket for your needs & budget, if you don't find exactly what you're looking for on our website. top of page

How is the basket packed & shipped? At Designer Baskets we use a twofold approach to ensure your basket arrives in good condition. First, the items in the basket itself are firmly secured in place with strong materials. Secondly, we then wrap the basket securely in 1/2" bubble wrap. It is then placed securely in a box with additional shipping materials. top of page

Am I getting my money's worth?
Tired of looking at baskets with 5 or 6 items at a price tag of $50 ?! At Designer Baskets we design each basket with the highest value in mind for you our customer. Just look at the size of some of our baskets & count the number of items & you will be impressed. top of page

Am I paying too much for shipping?
At Designer Baskets all baskets come with Free FedEx ground shipping / local hand delivery nationwide. Exception: baskets shipping to Hawaii will incur additional charges, we will notify you in advance of these charges. If you prefer, we can ship 3rd party via your account, e.g. FedEx. top of page

How can I be sure that you are a trustworthy company? At Designer Baskets we offer friendly & prompt customer service. We are here to serve you. As far as guaranteed satisfaction, here it is...If you or those who receive our gift baskets are not completely satisfied , please let us know promptly and we will make it right with either an appropriate replacement basket, refund or credit . top of page

How are baskets delivered?
Baskets in the Chicagoland area are hand delivered. Click Here to view locations to which we hand deliver. Orders outside the area are sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on location, & delivery services required. See delivery information under 'Info' category for additional explanations. top of page

Why don't you ship worldwide?
We increasingly have problems tracking orders sent out of the U.S. Here's a suggestion: order the basket you would like, have it delivered/shipped to you & take it to a UPS Shipping Center or A FedEx Kinkos & have them ship it for you. That way you will have a better way to track the delivery, etc. top of page

Will the person I'm sending the gift to receive your catalog information with prices, etc?
We do not include any advertising materials in the box. We only send your gift personal gift message to the customer, along with our label in the event your recipient has a question about our product or service. We will not contact your recipient via phone unless we are having a problem with delivery. top of page

What credit cards do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express ~ credit cards from outside the continental United States may require additional information and/or a substitute form of payment,basket will be shipped once all information is received top of page

How are baskets wrapped?
Baskets are artistically wrapped with cello, beautifully bowed & ribboned. top of page

What are your hours?
You can contact us 8.a.m. to 11 p.m. Central Time , seven days a week. Online ordering is available 24 hrs a day , 7 days a week. top of page

Will I get an order confirmation?

We will email you delivery confirmation if provided. We will email you on time tracking information once your order ships. Please call us if you have any questions concerning your order. top of page

Does the price of the basket include delivery? Many of our baskets come with Fed Ex Ground shipping & are titled as'Free Shipping. All others are subject to regular delivery charges & or sales tax. top of page

What are the starting prices of your baskets? Custom baskets begin at $10 excluding sales tax & delivery/shipping, lower prices may be available on the website as well as for bulk orders, please call for details. top of page

Is it safe to order online?
Yes, all credit card information is sent via a secure server with the highest level of encrypton. top of page

How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Generally, 1-2 business days to locations in the Midwest, 2-3 business days to locations on the East Coast, 3-5 business days to locations on the West Coast. During the holidays it often takes more time. top of page

How soon after placing an order is a basket delivered/shipped? Baskets are shipped promptly within 24 hrs of receipt of their paid order. Orders received on the weekend, during summer months & holidays require additional time. top of page

Can I see a 'proposal' before delivery, or ordering? We provide a complimentary digital picture if required. This allows you to "see" the basket before it is delivered.
